Wright Hassall LLP, based in Leamington Spa, with a history of 175 years, is looking to recruit an IT Support Assistant who works as part of an IT team responsible for providing telephone and on-desk support for internal colleagues on application and hardware issues. Providing quality support in a timely and professional manner is absolutely key to the role.
Job Responsibilities:
* Providing a first line response via telephone, email, and desk side to internal staff
* Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team
* Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress
Person Specification:
* 1st Line level IT experience across Windows/MS Office/MS Exchange
* Hardware break-fix knowledge
* Strong communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team
* Ability to work as a team player with high levels of motivation
* Good organizational skills
* Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced professional environment
