The Emergency Nurse Practitioner [ENP] is a key role in our Minor Injury Units. The ENP is a highly specialised Practitioner who will function as an autonomous practitioner, independently assessing, diagnosing and treating patients who attend with minor injuries, across the full scope of practice as defined in the Agored Cymru Level 7 Diploma in the Autonomous Management of Minor Injuries (Wales) programme (referred to as the Agored L7 Diploma)., The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the unit, which includes being responsible for providing and ensuring all patients within the unit have quality care and minimising clinical risk through their management and leadership role. The post holder will also provide clinical leadership and management to the nursing team within the unit.
Please note this post is only suitable for qualified emergency nurse practitioners who hold the Agored Level 7 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
