The People function are looking for an experienced operational People/HR Manager/Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term period to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for someone with significant experience of working in an operational HR capacity supporting a full range of HR issues and managing a team. Medical staffing experience would be highly desirable. You will have the interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with managers, staff, clinicians, and staff side colleagues and show you can influence at a senior level to make effective decisions. The role involves leading Trust-wide project work, so you must be able to demonstrate your experience in this area.
