We have an exciting opportunity to join ISS as an Office Services Coordinator within a leading ISS contract in facilities management.
This role is integral to ensuring colleagues receive service excellence while working in our client's workplace, reflecting the values, ambition, and culture of our client.
Based at both sites, you will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, primarily from the reception, meeting, and breakout areas, where a new reception desk will be installed. You will be issued a mobile and laptop to support the effective delivery of your responsibilities.
Job Description
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that standards are consistently upheld.
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of safe working practices, be familiar with best-practice cleaning methods, and act as a key support to the Regional Operations Manager.
Additionally, you will take ownership of delivering exemplary service standards and act as an ambassador for all office services within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the client/reception area, welcoming visitors, issuing visitor passes, and providing refreshments in meeting rooms.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up to accommodate different types of meetings.
Liaise with client colleagues on-site and act as the onsite point of contact for Corporate Services.
Manage stock replenishment of free-issue refreshments, including receiving deliveries and maintaining the breakout space.
Collect and distribute post to client colleagues.
Order and stock stationery, including printer paper and toners.
Report workplace issues via the helpdesk and liaise with the Regional Operations Manager of the North.
Liaise with the building management team to raise and manage landlord-related issues to completion.
Provide support and coordination for broker events.
Liaise with IT to report any IT-related issues or concerns.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Previous experience in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills at all levels
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in building coordination, concierge, or reception roles (desirable)
Ability to plan and manage own time effectively, self-starter, and multitasker
Understanding of workplace Health and Safety (desirable)
