What We Are Looking For: A motivated individual with a passion for preventative healthcare and supporting patients in making positive lifestyle changes. Experience in delivering NHS Health Checks and cardiovascular assessments (or a willingness to develop these skills). The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A full driving license and access to personal transport (as this role requires regular travel).
