Responsibilities:
* Assist in inspections and service on various models of overhead cranes/lifting devices
* Assist in extensive on-site electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting
* Assist in on-site repairs on overhead traveling cranes in conjunction with planned repairs
* Accountable for all the company issued tools, ladders, and inventory levels assigned to you
* Maintain all company equipment and assets in proper working order and neat or clean
* Manage and train apprentices as required
* Follow and abide by all Munck Cranes Service Division Inc. and customer Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Must be able to work in fast-paced environments without sacrificing quality and safety
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Be available 'on call' as part of service office rotation and provide afterhours service, as required
* Other duties as assigned
Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
* 2 years working experience, preferably in an industrial or servicing industry
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
* Valid driver's license in good standing
