Overview
We’re on the hunt for someone awesome to join our kitchen team 3-5 days a week (including Saturday). This role is suited to someone who is used to working in a very fast-paced environment and ideally has worked in kitchens before. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple tickets during a busy service, whilst also maintaining very high standards and having a keen eye for presentation. Being able to follow recipes unsupervised is essential, as well as having great communication skills with the rest of the team. Being organised, reliable, and trustworthy are also on the top of our list for anyone joining the team. We would love to find someone as passionate about food and coffee as we are and who is on board with helping us create exciting menu offerings which will continually drive the business forward. We’re busy all year round and need a team who can be available to work bank holidays and school holidays too, which are our busiest times.
We can accommodate a role for someone looking for anywhere between 3 and 5 days a week. We feed you on shift, pay breaks, offer company pension, split tips, and you get free parking at the lake. Winter hours are slightly reduced, the café opens at 10 (9 at weekends) and closes at 3, and we won’t ask you to work evenings unless there’s a special event, which is very rare.
This is a permanent position, rate of pay to be discussed depending on experience.
