In an exciting new development, we are delighted to be in a position of expanding our workforce and are looking to appoint a number of children and young people's mental health workers to be part of a PCN (Primary Care Network) mental health service in South Tyneside.
This includes looking for an individual who has the ability to provide a link between this new PCN team and our existing Getting Help (Lifecycle) Service.
In a new and innovative service model, the team is comprised of high and low intensity Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) practitioners and will work closely with our well-established South Tyneside Lifecycle Service.
