You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create compelling content, including travel guides, tour products, customer communications, HR policies, print media and blog articles. Key Responsibilities: Write high-quality, on-brand text for various media, including travel guides, customer communications, blog articles and print materials. Edit and proofread content produced by colleagues and freelance writers. Collaborate with teams to optimise travel products for SEO and ensure all materials are accurate and engaging. Create content that excites customers, encourages bookings, and helps them prepare for their tours with ease. Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate updates. Ensure brand consistency across platforms and maintain clear distinctions between different brand voices. The Person We’re looking for someone with: A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in content writing across multiple platforms. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a native-level command of English. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and SEO best practices. A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience in the travel industry is desirable but not essential.
