About the Role Successfully drive and deliver Public Sector Do-It and Lexxic group large projects. This is an opportunity for someone who brings a confident, professional approach and enjoys working in a space where meaningful conversations lead to real change. What You'll Do Co-ordinating, preparing and providing administrative support to new client projects, set up and mobilisation. Supporting the team ensuring the successful running of large client accounts e.g. Public Sector MoJ, NHS Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of client projects e.g. DPIA, KPIs, milestone updates Supporting and working closely with Team members attending client meetings (internal and external, in person or in person as required) where necessary to ensure efficient and seamless delivery to the client. Responsibility for ensuring accuracy of client-related processes, invoices, purchase orders, and proficiency with data analytics. Answering and fielding Client queries and organising appointments. Reviewing incoming HubSpot enquiries and responding to or directing the enquiry to the relevant person. Using and entering data into HubSpot Supporting with the organisation of conferences and/or marketing events Educating customers on our services User testing new client profiler environments Expectations An energetic and positive approach is essential Pro-active with an ability to contribute to new ideas and approaches.
