Project Manager Location: Warwick (Tachbrook Park) | Hybrid (Minimum 2 days on-site) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Department: Commercial / Business Change Reports To: Senior Project Manager At Calor, we’re on a journey of transformation and growth and we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to make a real impact across our Commercial, Finance, and HR functions. As a key member of the Project Management Office, you’ll take ownership of high-profile, high-value business change projects. Using established methodologies (PRINCE2), you’ll lead cross-functional project teams and engage stakeholders at all levels, including Board-level leadership within Calor and our global parent company, SHV. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes Develop detailed project plans using recognised tools and methodologies Set up and guide multi-skilled teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration Plan and manage timescales, resources, and costs Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues using RAAID logs and PMO reporting tools Adapt project plans to evolving business needs and priorities Facilitate Project Board/SteerCo meetings and stakeholder updates Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners/suppliers Ensure a smooth transition of projects into BAU and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Essential Experience & Skills: Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects in commercial or business disciplines Practitioner-level project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) Skilled in building and leading project teams from initiation to closure Strong ability to manage project documentation, governance, and reporting Confident managing project budgets – forecasting, tracking, and reporting (Capex/Opex) Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with senior and international stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with project frameworks, stage gate processes, and change control Desirable: Agile project experience and/or Agile qualifications Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering expertise Business analysis experience You’ll Thrive Here If You… Lead with integrity, ownership, and accountability Communicate openly and build trust across teams Deliver results with quality, speed, and precision Think creatively and seek out better ways of doing things Support others, act respectfully, and live our Calor values every day Why Join Calor?
