We’re looking for someone to manage a small team of family support workers who address the immediate and long-term needs of families affected by poverty. As manager of the team, you’ll ensure they deliver high quality person-centred, trauma-informed care. The Role Requires Team leadership (supervising your team and ensuring risk and safeguarding management is being carried out). Quality assurance (conduct case file audits, supporting staff development, and making sure the team maintains best working practices) Collaborating with other teams (working with the area manager to enhance support for families and attend multi-agency meetings) Caseload management (managing a small caseload and providing interventions for immediate relief and sustainable recovery). Proven experience in children and young people’s services Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant policies Working pattern: 9am to 5pm with some flexibility required.
