Job Description:
As a Customer Care Coordinator at Verto, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
