What we’re looking for: You will have a portfolio to submit at application or after 1st stage interview Minimum 1-year of professional experience in a B2B marketing position Proficiency in Adobe suite, ideally Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro You must have experience in creating shortform video for Social platforms, ideally within LinkedIn Whilst not mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field will be favoured. Experience in video creation and editing in either a personal or professional capacity. Ability to work in a high performing, professional environment An understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. About the role We’re seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join The IN Group’s marketing team. Reporting to the Investigo Brand Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the Investigo marketing plan, including elevating our digital presence, engaging with our audiences across multiple channels, and running industry leading events and campaigns. This is a fantastic role to start your marketing career. As a generalist you’ll work across a large variety of projects, providing an opportunity to grow your skills, find your passion and specialism within marketing, or continue your journey as a generalist. All whilst working in a great environment alongside experienced marketers to help guide you. What you’ll be doing: Marketing and sales collateral: Develop and ensure brand consistency across marketing and sales collateral. Content Creation : Develop and execute engaging content across our channels (LinkedIn, website, email). Video Production : Create compelling video content for LinkedIn including recruiter interviews, market insights, brand behind the scenes, etc. Social Media Management : Help take ownership over our social media calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. Design : Create eye-catching visuals for social posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns alongside the wider marketing team. Events: Assist in running events, including booking external venues, liaising with speakers, and executing communications plan. Lead Management: Assist in managing, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads. Whilst no two days in the same, a ‘typical’ day might include: Content review and social media engagement monitoring. Filming and editing a consultant's market insights video. Analysing previous week's social media metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly. Collaborating with recruitment teams to capture success stories. Creating and scheduling next week's social content. Designing graphics for campaigns. Team brainstorming for upcoming marketing initiatives.
