ClientA leading manufacturer of frozen confectionery and bread roll products in Europe. UK team is responsible for the Development, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Management of a £70m+ frozen range of branded and private label products distributed to a wide range of retail and food service customers. To be an integral part of the supply chain & sales/commercial teams, working closely with supply chain & planning colleagues and sales account managers whilst driving customer relations and providing project management and administration support. Working more specifically with two major UK retail customers, as well as international customers, coordinating product launches from initiation to completion whilst having a pro-active approach, ensuring all aspects are communicated effectively to all areas of the business.
Responsibilities & Duties:– Collaborating closely with retailer supply chain teams and internal stakeholders– Supporting customer-facing NPD & commercial colleagues– Coordination of UK, Australia & New Zealand customer activities throughout the supply chain– Preparation for meetings including data use/research, the use of PowerPoint presentations and meeting follow-ups– Learning to use retailer data portals and completion of customer administration
