The successful Sales Manager is expected to be a key member of the UK Sales Team, with the aim of securing profitable sales and increased market share world-wide.
* Own the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase order.
* Attend key customer visits to build and develop strong business relationships
* Represent Trade Shows, exhibitions and seminars to promote the group
To be successful in this role of Sales Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
* Actively seek market intelligence to develop sales opportunities.
* Travel internationally to develop and maintain client, agent and supplier relationships.
* Develop new market areas and introduce new agents.
* Look for opportunities for After Market spares and service offerings.
* Work with the Estimating team to expand the supply chain by identifying or visiting new suppliers to offer lower cost sourcing options.
* Work with the Process department to find new avenues for diversification.
* Lead and motivate team members.
* Active reporting of the sales pipeline, ensuring sales figures and enquiry records are up to date and in the CRM.
* Attend Sales and Strategy meetings
