A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Portsmouth is seeking a Head of Residential Property to lead its thriving conveyancing department. The Role As Head of Residential Property, you will: Lead and manage a team of 5 fee earners, providing strategic direction and mentorship. Oversee a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, new builds, and more. Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and conveyancing best practices. Utilise a Case Management System for streamlined workflow management. Develop strong client relationships and drive business growth. Be supported by an Admin Assistants and Paralegals to enhance efficiency. What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive a minimum of 5 years experience. Strong experience in residential conveyancing and property law. A proven track record of managing and developing a successful team. Excellent client relationship and networking skills.
