Are you an experienced Salesforce professional with a passion for designing, building, delivering, and maintaining solutions? After a major transformation project we have gone live with Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Pardot Service Cloud, and are looking to add to our in-house Salesforce team a Technical Consultant who will work as part of a team to develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configurations, along with testing and deployment of solutions.
Key job accountabilities:
1. Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.
2. Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
3. Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes.
4. Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions.
5. Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them.
6. Support end users of Salesforce.
7. Development and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
About you:
You will possess a range of skills including Salesforce development, administration and functional skills and will heavily involve cross-departmental communication to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
1. Salesforce certification in admin, development and one of the Salesforce cloud applications.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in the development, administration, and support of Salesforce systems.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Pardot, etc.
4. Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD best practices.
5. Familiarity with third-party tools like Ownbackup, DocuSign, Conga, etc.
6. Ability to learn new concepts and software quickly and passionate about learning new technologies.
7. Experience with technical implementations.
8. Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations.
9. Background in CRM process design and implementation.
10. Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools (Desirable) · Pardot experience.
11. Familiarity with tools like Ownbackup, SFDX, CLI, Visual Studio Code and GitHub, etc. (Desirable). · Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
12. Enjoy working directly with business users.
