So get in touch today and slide into your next role at Situ (literally, we have an office slide) Job purpose As Key Accommodation Specialist you’ll be part of the busy Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Account Management team within Situ, delivering a tailored and efficient accommodation booking experience for our key clientele worldwide. You will be the point of contact for our key clients, supporting your team with all VIP and challenging moves. Leveraging our extensive supply chain, you’ll source optimal accommodation, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure availability. Throughout this process, you will deliver a consultative and personalised experience to our clients and/or guests. Relationships with stakeholders and an expectation to travel to client meetings and events are key to the role. Key responsibilities and duties Exceptional management of VIP and Key Client enquiries and bookings Deliver a tailored and efficient accommodation search and booking experience to all clients Offer outstanding and personalised customer service at all times Source the best accommodation, negotiate competitive rates and ensure availability Provide our clients with relevant and up-to-date accommodation and location information that will support a positive booking experience Liaise with the Guest Care team to ensure a positive stay throughout each booking Meet or exceed individual, team and company-wide KPIs and revenue targets Follow and support company policies and procedures This list is not exhaustive but covers most of what is expected.
