An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Director to join a growing finance company based in Poole, Dorset. This is a fantastic role offering a salary of £100k, plus a comprehensive benefits package, for an individual looking to take ownership of the entire IT function. The role is office-based, 5 days a week, and offers a dynamic environment with a forward-thinking company.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the entire IT function, from infrastructure to software development, ensuring seamless operations.
* Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap to transform the company into a tech-led industry leader.
* Oversee the integration of new technologies, including automation and AI, to streamline operational processes and enhance security.
* Build and manage an enterprise-wide data architecture to ensure clean, traceable, and auditable data across all systems.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to define IT requirements and ensure smooth implementation and change management.
What Experience is Required?
* Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles within the Fintech industry, with a strong background in lending or property development finance.
* Strong technical knowledge of modern cloud-based infrastructures, Microsoft 365, and integration technologies such as PowerAutomate and PowerApps.
* Experience in driving digital transformation, including the adoption of AI, automation tools, and best practice governance.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £100,000 per annum
