Job Description:
We are currently seeking a retail & Fitout Site Manager to work for our client's Cat B Office Fit out refurbishment in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction work, ordering materials, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork, and providing detailed reports on works carried out to both the client internally. Must have experience in Office Fit out.
Key Requirements:
1. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
2. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
3. First Aid at Work certification
4. Asbestos Awareness
5. Fire Marshall
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
2. Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
4. Report project progress to the main contractor
5. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
£250 - £270 per shift
