Role:
The duties will include;
1. Facilitating weekly meetings with the project team
2. Minute taking for all meetings
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
4. Producing documentation, managing documentation and ensuring information is saved in appropriate drives
5. Coordination of meetings
6. Reporting on the projects progress, budget, and resources to senior management
7. Managing tasks and resources
8. Provide admin support to areas which will include administrative and clerical tasks such as minute taking, use of databases, spreadsheets, storing data, managing utilities and word processing
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
9. Significant experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
10. Have a desire to be apart of a team and help with busy workloads
11. Previous experience in Project Support
12. Strong organisational skills
