* Theprocessing into employment of clients careteams
* Toensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is incompliance with HCD policies/ CQC andGDPR
* Processleavers and archive in line withGDPR
* To beresponsible for DBS documentation across thecompany
* Toraise any queries or concerns relating to criminaldisclosures
* Tobe responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social CareWorkforce DataSet
* Toissue IDbadges
Requirements
EssentialQualifications/Experience:
* CIPDLevel 3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications or be willing toworktowards
* BusinessAdministration level 2 or able to worktowards.
* Experienceof working with HRprocedures
* Abilityto build positive relationships with managers colleagues and TradeUnionrepresentatives
* Willingnessto interpret HR Legislation to comply with the company policy ofclientchoice
* Bepunctual flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet anychanging needs of the company in line with the care industryrequirements
* Confidentand competent ITskills
