Responsibilities: Supporting Directors and colleagues with all secretarial duties, producing presentations and proposals for bids, tenders and compliance administration Marketing Liaising with external marketing agencies to produce content for the company website and brochures Diary management for consultants. Liaising with clients and support staff on the phone and via email. Some financial management. Facilities management Filing and general administration. Maintaining efficient and well organised office systems. Desirables: Experienced in working within a professional service led environment. Strong organisational skills. A dynamic and can-do personal approach to work.
