Pro-Found are looking to recruit a Driver/Installer for our client based in Killamarsh, S21
Driver/Installer Benefits:
* Pay: £13 per hour DOE
* Location: Killamarsh, S21
* Hours: 7am to finish (core hours 7am to 4pm) - flexibility required
* Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
* Some overnight stays - fully expensed by the client
* Start date: ASAP
* Contract: Temporary ongoing - potential to become permanent
The role:
Required to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle, delivering and installing outdoor furniture to locations around the UK.
Duties:
* Driving 3.5 tonne vehicle - vehicle has to be left on site so you will need your own transport to get to and from Killamarsh
* Basic installation of furniture, benches and tables
* Using hand tools
* Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods
* Handling driver dockets, paperwork & cash
* Avoiding damages to stock through proper manual handling
* Daily checking of delivery vehicles
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations
* Must be flexible with hours
* Strong work ethic. Be able to work using own initiative
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Be a team player
Criteria:
* Valid UK driving licence
* No more than 3 points on driving licence
* Previous experience in a similar delivery role is essential
* Willingness to work on site as well as drive
* Strong customer service skills
* Experince of basic installing and using hand tools
* No unspent convictions as the role requires a basic DBS check
