This role will oversee admin functions and supervise admin staff across a range of criminal Justice services. Liaison and Diversion (L&D) identifies individuals who have mental health, neuro diverse conditions, learning disability, substance misuse or other vulnerabilities when they first come into contact with the criminal justice system. L&D works with the Police, The Probation Service, youth offending teams, defence lawyers or court staff to identify those vulnerabilities to ensure that the right support can be put in place as soon as possible to reduce the likelihood that people will reach a crisis-point. Reconnect offers care after custody support that seeks to improve the continuity of care of individuals with identified health needs, including mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, physical health, neurodivergent needs and other psychosocial vulnerabilities, leaving prison by supporting their transition tocommunity-based health and support services through liaison, advocacy, signposting and support. Enhanced Reconnect (ER) in the southwest is dedicated to providing a psychology-led service by supporting individuals 6 months pre-release from prison, and up to 12 months post-release. ER aims to support the reintegration of individuals back into community, family, social, education, and work situations via a trauma-informed, formulation-driven, and person-centred approach.Main duties of the job We are looking for an exceptional individual to come and join our vibrant, fast paced office. The post holder will be responsible for managing multiple diaries and an ability to minute and prepare for service governance level business meetings, including forward planning, distribution of papers, taking formal minutes and preparing and reviewing associated documents such as action logs. * Business/professional qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience e.g. Managerial knowledge, project monitoring, supervisory, workload management, acquired through a degree, or equivalent training and substantial experience., Do you hold an appropriate clinical qualification?
