Job Title: Customer Donation Liaison Officer Salary: £23,130 per annum Employment Terms: Permanent, 36 hours per week, Monday Friday Location: Primarily based in Hayes with a potential to travel across other shop locations. You will be handling phone calls and emails as the first point of contact on our furniture and electrical donation line. Youll be an expert on our logistics service and booking in collections to pick up items from our donors homes. Youll develop an excellent understanding of furniture stock valuation and quality control and ensure that appropriate items are collected for our retail stores. Youll use great customer service and administrative skills to run a smooth operation. Youll report into a Logistics Lead and work closely with them and our drivers and youll gather and respond to feedback on our service. Youll be able to support in our stores or assist the Logistics Lead in other administrative duties where needed. Who are we Looking For? Youll have good experience delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and via email Youll have experience overseeing multiple enquiries promptly and efficiently Youll have strong experience in administrative positions with a keen eye for procedural efficiency A good understanding of the Office package and basic IT skills are required Retail experience is desirable but not essential Experience working alongside logistics and vans teams is desirable but not essential You should have the ability to problem solve and work under pressure while being self-motivated and driven Who are we?
