Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and multitasking is key. Some of the duties include (but are not limited to):• Meeting and greeting guests• Managing weekly re-stock orders• General administration, including updating visitor attendance logs• Processing expenses for junior team members• Diary and travel management• Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and organised• Managing facilities and liaising with couriers• Handling email and phone communications Who you are Ideally, you will have some experience in a front of house or hospitality role. Confidence is essential, as you will be interacting with clients daily. A positive, high-energy outlook and being a team player are key traits for success in this role.
