We have recently opened our two show piece sheltered housing schemes at QE11 and Rialto Court in Fenton and will be opening Chatterley Court in Chell Heath late Summer 24, we are looking for someone to join our team to provide on-going Enhanced Housing Support and building management to older people, with identified support needs, to enable independent living in these sheltered housing settings.
The Scheme Co-ordinator will support the delivery of the City Council’s sheltered housing service by actively engaging with customers and where appropriate other relevant agencies, carers and family members through high quality casework and carrying out individual needs and risk assessments and produce a support plan to address their housing support needs.
We are looking for someone who will be a flexible, adaptable team player to provide quality housing related support for older people and in sheltered housing environment, including the day to day management of the buildings.
