PageGroup are delighted to support a leading manufacturing business based in Dudley with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to support with an interim 12 month assignment.
This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 2-3 days per week on site.
Description
The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced, generalist opportunity. Reporting to a HR Director, the role will partner with a number of sites around the UK, you will mostly be based in the West Midlands; however, some travel is required based on business needs.
You will support stakeholders with a wide range of people matters, including but not limited to:
1. Support a HR Advisor to take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework including complex matters
2. Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding generalist people matters
3. Up-skill managers and leadership to deal with people matters
4. Support the HR Director with a wide range of HR projects and initiatives
5. Support the HR Director with the implementation of the people strategy
6. Work closely with the SLT to assist the business achieve its commercial goals
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
