Calon Cymru Fostering is excited to announce an opportunity for a Operations Administrator to join the team in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a full reception and hospitality service including answering phones and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
* Prepare monthly panel agendas and relevant paperwork using documentation and in-house database
* Ensure renewals of statutory checks are initiated and implemented within set deadlines
* Process all assessment checks and liaise regularly with internal and external assessors to prepare all paperwork for panel
* Attend meetings as required and, where applicable, ensure accurate and appropriate minutes are produced and distributed to relevant personnel
* Undertake regular admin file and database audits under the direction of the Line Manager, reporting findings and ensuring file archiving is kept up-to-date.
* Monitor and assist in the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, checking and distributing accordingly to ensure operational effectiveness
