This is a demanding role, but working as part of a large and highly skilled brigade, you and the restaurant kitchen team will cater for the hotel’s multi award winning restaurant, constantly meeting and exceeding guest expectations. It is preferred that you come from a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette background, but the position is also open to those who can display a thorough knowledge, commitment, and dedication to the trade.

Qualifications/Experience required:
1. Experienced in fresh produce
2. Preferably to a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard
3. Approximately 1-2 years experience at this level
4. NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential
5. Small luxury hotel experience
6. Solid and stable background
7. Fast and eager to learn
8. Motivated, passionate, and dedicated worker
