Roles and Responsibilities:
9. Designing lesson plans, creating educational materials, and developing curriculum to meet the academic needs and learning objectives of students
10. Delivering instruction in various subjects or disciplines using a variety of instructional strategies and techniques to engage students and promote learning
11. Providing one-on-one support, tutoring, or enrichment activities to students who need additional assistance or challenge
12. Reflecting on teaching practices, seeking feedback, and engaging in self-assessment and professional growth
13. Conduct assessments to measure student learning outcomes, providing feedback to students, and evaluating student progress
