A fast-growing, technology-led service provider is seeking an Accountants Assistant to initially assist in onboarding clients, and grow with the company.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Conduct welcome calls and manage onboarding process for new clients and guide them through services.
* Dependent on service chosen, complete all needed UTR and VAT.
* Own AML process for onboarding and carry out checks to ensure compliance.
* Assist in payroll process - Investigating and resolving issues and discrepancies.
* Own the support inbox.
* First point of call for queries via email and telephone, escalating where necessary.
* Spot trends in queries and proactively report on potential improvements to processes.
* Provide training to new team members as the team grows.
* Work with management to develop and implement a strategy for improving the client's journey.
