Project Administrator & Document Controller - London - 12-Months
Our client, a global supplier of pharmaceuticals and vaccines, are recruiting for a Project Administrator & Document Controller to join them on a 12-Month contract. Based in London, they are currently implementing a number of OT/Automation projects that are connected to their digital shopfloor strategy – and they need you. Responsibilities:
1. Establishes and implements policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission, and destruction.
2. Support problem solving in accessing electronic content.
3. Secretarial duties such as invoice processing, travel reconciliations, processing expenses, diary management.
4. Ensures security of system and integrity of master documents by implementing document and system access rights and revision controls.
5. Ensures company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
6. Communicates and consults with other staff when assessing, acquiring, or deploying new electronic document management systems to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Requirements:
7. Minimum of 5 years related working experience, especially on capital project management and document management.
8. Strong Collaboration skills
9. Previous experience supporting at director/manager level and supporting multiple people in a team environment.
