Qualication The key job responsibilities will be to: Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through regular discussion with the client and/or internal teams to assess service delivery Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple domains of SAP Application Security and GRC Access Control, etc. Lookout for potential risks on client engagements diligently and highlight to leadership proactively Demonstrate strong people management & networking skills Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members’ strengths Play substantive/lead role on projects including project planning, management and managing quality Participate in proposal development efforts Assist in recruitment and retention of professionals Participate in team management and training efforts at practice level Required Skills Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience with SAP Security, 3-5 years of experience on S/4 Hana & F iori Experience in SAP S/4 Security assessments & support as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security. Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design & experience on steady state support Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with incident management, problem management, change management process Preferred Skills Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 Security assessments, design, implementations Security experience with SAP BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, BOBJ and HR Big 4 experience Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus CA-VKS CA-RR CA-GS Recruiting tips From developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
