About The Role Team – Intermediary Sales Quality Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality Offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time hours. You will be required to travel when required. We are happy to discuss flexible working Top 3 skills needed for this role: Analyse and Report on Data Be confident to speak to Internal and External partners Able to manage and Prioritise deadlines What this role is all about: You will carry out effective monitoring of intermediated sales channels and brokers to ensure that poor conduct is identified and acted upon. This includes the assessment and collation of KPI data such as persistency, disclosure, engagement, business mix, market share, and unearned indemnity commission. The role also requires conducting face-to-face and remote broker quality reviews and audits. The management of broker risk actions and reports is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the role represents the Intermediated Sales Quality function at various forums, such as ACCAF, Sales Governance, and the Conduct Committee. Key Actions Review, liaison and action of remedial actions pertaining to quality scorecards Audit, reporting and remedial action tracking for broker sales quality / compliance reviews. Broker sales file audits (inclusive of call audit where applicable) Assessment and reporting on firm systems and controls including but not limited to: Sales supervision Training and competency arrangements Sales process and advice quality Complaints handling Financial management and provisioning Quality Assurance frameworks Consumer Duty adherence Provision of relevant best practice content for learning and development teams Provide commentary against broker oversight packs and Broker Risk related action updatesWhat do you need to thrive? Educated to A Lever or equivalent >5 years experience within regulated protection sales industry Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data consolidation / analysis Experience of quality management and sales development with regulated protection sales Strong balance of risk / quality vs commercial imperatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey complicated ideas in a simple, relatable way as well as achieve by in to pushing Vitality’s quality focused agenda Diplomacy and tact in dealing with business sensitive information Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities • Able to analyse and report on data - Data manipulation, Formula creation, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables Ability to produce accurate reports within short time periodsSo, what’s in it for you?
