Commercial Account Manager - West (covering South Wales, Bristol, Gloucester & Cornwall and surrounding areas)
Location: Remote
Reporting to: Area Director
The Role
We are seeking candidates with experience in both new business development and account management. Your primary focus will be on targeting and acquiring commercial agents in a designated geographical area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. Additionally, you will manage and grow relationships with both new and existing customers to meet business goals related to advertising and product saturation. Revenue growth will be driven through persuasive face-to-face activities. You should have a drive to overachieve KPIs and enjoy personal and professional development within a new business sector at Rightmove.
What you'll be doing
* Achieving individual sales revenue targets & activity levels
* Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business opportunities
* Delivering excellent account management with regular review meetings and upselling Rightmove’s products
* Ensuring customers understand Rightmove products & pricing, providing value-added solutions
* Interpreting data during review meetings to help customers understand their market and business
* Coordinating with internal support teams for billing and administrative processes
* Collaborating with Telephone Account Management and New Business Telephone Consultants to maximize opportunities
* Attending monthly national/regional meetings
* Managing relationships with external parties to support company objectives
* Resolving customer queries and disputes effectively
* Representing Rightmove’s values positively and being a team role model
* Taking responsibility for personal development and supporting team growth
