From Leeds to Manchester, new buildings are on the horizon, ready to launch, and you’ll be there to lead the charge!
You’ll be at the heart of a growing portfolio of luxury student accommodation, helping shape a brand that’s all about quality, community, and experience. Think stylish, modern living spaces designed with students in mind – a place where they’ll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the mobilisation of new sites in York and Liverpool, ensuring smooth setup and timely delivery of all assets and facilities.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations across sites, ensuring high-quality service, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
3. Manage, mentor, and develop site teams to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive work environment.
4. Enhance student living experiences, resolve issues, and maintain high resident satisfaction through engagement and feedback.
5. Contribute to the expansion of the portfolio by managing new sites in Leeds, Manchester, and beyond, helping shape future growth strategies.
6. Ensure buildings are well-maintained, coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring safety and attractiveness.
7. Monitor site performance, occupancy, and profitability, reporting on key metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in property or facilities management, preferably within the PBSA sector or a hospitality/hotel environment.
2. Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing, developing, and motivating teams across multiple sites.
3. Experience overseeing the mobilisation and launch of new sites, ensuring smooth transitions and timely delivery of operational objectives.
4. Solid understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and cost control within property operations.
5. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and improving resident satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
