The Landing Hotel are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team in November to assist in overseeing a seamless Food and Beverage operation throughout the hotel. The Landing Hotel is an independent boutique 56 bed hotel that is proudly dedicated to the aviation industry, whilst supporting local businesses and our community. Located at London Biggin Hill Airport and set to the side of runway 03, the hotel offers great views towards London. Facilities comprise of a stylish bar & restaurant offering fabulous dining experiences with breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea and evening dining all being served daily. The kitchen will also provide bespoke catering for the private jet crew and passengers at Biggin Hill Airport. Reporting to the Bar & Restaurant Manager, this role oversees the Food and Beverage Operation throughout the Hotel. You will be working alongside Air Culinaire who are responsible for the operation and delivery of the kitchen for our guests, whilst also operating the private jet catering operation.
