As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, leases, and property development. You'll work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice and support throughout each transaction.
Residential Property Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied portfolio of residential property transactions from start to finish.
* Provide clear, professional legal advice to clients.
* Conduct due diligence and prepare relevant documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Stay updated on legal developments and best practices in residential property law.
* Networking and business development.
What do you need?
* Ideally 2-5 years PQE in residential property law or similar experience.
