About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in Purley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in insurance, claims, finance, or working within an FCA-regulated setting is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
* Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronically and physically.
* Assist with claims processing, data entry, and document management.
* Support financial administration, including invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
* Organize meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports as required.
* Order office supplies and manage office facilities.
