Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage quality systems and processes.
2. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 Rev D.
3. Lead the improvement of business processes and core documentation (FMEAs, Control Plans, etc.).
4. Drive continuous improvement using techniques like Six Sigma and Poka-Yoke.
5. Act as a liaison with customers and internal stakeholders to meet quality milestones.
6. Support metrology and quality-related activities.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in quality systems management, maintaining ISO 9001/IATF 16949/AS9100 Rev D.
2. Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
3. Ability to read engineering drawings and analyse processes effectively.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
