The Bid Writer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to bid writing and strategy. Bid Preparation: Research and identify relevant tenders, ensuring alignment with company goals and capabilities. Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread bid content to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements. Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bid strategies, including win themes and value propositions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for bid submissions. Bid Coordination: Manage the bid process from start to finish, including timelines, deliverables, and submission deadlines. Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements. Review and Feedback: Conduct post-bid reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
