My client is a well-established manufacturing business looking for an HR Administrator to play a pivotal role in streamlining their HR processes. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in helping them transition to a more automated and efficient way of working.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
2. Ensuring accuracy across all HR documentation and records
3. Assisting with compliance processes and policies
4. Supporting problem-solving initiatives and process improvements
5. Managing employee records, contracts, and HR systems
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous HR experience is essential
2. Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
3. Experience in compliance and problem-solving
4. Ability to work onsite as part of a dynamic team
5. A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach
