As the bridge between Sales and Client Services, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) seeks new business opportunities leading to the company’s growth. Conducting research and analysis, targeting accounts through smart decisions, and building initial rapport with prospects.
You drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. You’ll use your sales background, outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent communication to nurture warm sales leads and make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and new clients.
* Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by your manager and the Head of Business Development.
* Align with field sales and marketing to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly mutually agreed goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
* Embed company culture and brand behaviours, ensuring a great employee, client, and candidate experience.
* Ensure compliance with the company’s Data Protection, Information Security, Health & Safety, Dignity at Work and IT Acceptable Use policies and associated procedures at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Continuously prospect and identify potential clients by utilising various lead generation methods, including networking, social media, LinkedIn, Google, cold calling, leveraging industry contacts, and other data sources.
* Utilise email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
* Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and industry trends, and tailor sales pitches accordingly to showcase how our services can address their specific requirements.
* Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling outreach campaigns and materials that resonate with the target audience and showcase the unique value of our services.
* Continuously update and enhance product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor intelligence to remain informed and competitive in the marketplace.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven track record of success in a sales role, demonstrating the ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Demonstrated experience in prospecting and lead generation.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Beneficial: Background in screening.
* Outstanding communication skills including excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
£22,400 - £28,000 a year
The annual base salary for this position ranges from £22,400 - £28,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical and dental.
