Salary: £12.21 per hour (Depending on experience level)
Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Production Operative to join our friendly team. In this role, you will contribute to the assembly of innovative products such as mobile workstations, roll stands, mounting solutions, and battery systems. Using basic hand tools, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the high standards expected by our customers.
This is a full-time role with comprehensive training provided. Whether you have experience as an assembler or just starting your career in manufacturing, this position offers opportunities for growth and skill development.
Requirements
Essential:
1. Confident in using basic hand tools
2. Physically fit to handle the demands of the role
3. Good communicator and can follow both written and verbal instructions
4. Basic computer skills
5. Educated to GCSE level with passes in English and Mathematics
Desirable:
1. Valid UK driving license
2. Interest in mechanical/electronic engineering and assembly
Key Responsibilities
1. Assemble products following both written and verbal instructions.
2. Modify parts for production as required.
3. Identify and report any design or supplier quality issues.
4. Pick and pack orders in the warehouse.
5. Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse and production areas.
6. Assist with inspecting incoming goods and ensuring they meet quality standards.
7. Support continuous improvement projects as directed.
8. Potential to assist with occasional on-site maintenance tasks.
