We are looking for an organised professional to join our client's team. This role will be working within the FMCG industry in a fast-paced environment and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
1. Update and monitor all intakes and stock levels on all retail packaging.
2. Manage POs, delivery notes and invoice matching.
3. Update the Operations Director weekly on levels and orders placed.
4. Monitor stock levels against sales.
5. Order and manage intake documentation against invoices.
6. Monitor invoices vs usage and stock take records.
7. Order new deliveries as required and coordinate with OF to arrange pickups.
8. Support onboarding of new team members through agencies and external recruitment.
9. Manage holiday planning with the Operations Director.
10. Book couriers and follow up on PODs and deliveries.
11. Support with H&S and waste management reporting.
12. Assist with haulier management, bookings, complaints, fines, credits, and invoices.
13. Confirm POs and track all claims by customer.
14. Support inputting all orders and produce information to retail production as needed.
15. General admin, reporting, and office support when needed.
16. Order management and support with e-commerce site.
The basic hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
