Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Location: Worksop
Salary: £13-£15
We are looking for a Concrete Finisher to join our team at our precast concrete factory in Worksop. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual or someone eager to develop their skills in the concrete finishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Finishing precast concrete products to a high standard, including smoothing surfaces, removing excess material, and ensuring a clean finish.
Ensuring the quality and appearance of precast concrete products meet company specifications.
Checking and ensuring that products are free of defects and conform to required standards.
Assisting in mould preparation, stripping, and cleaning.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines in a factory environment.
Collaborating with other team members to meet production deadlines.Requirements:
Previous experience in concrete finishing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and standing for long periods.
A willingness to learn new techniques and take on additional responsibilities.
Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required.Benefits:
