We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Manager to lead and enhance our client’s in-house manufacturing capabilities, collaborating with a talented team of engineers to deliver industry-leading calibration solutions.
The RoleAs Workshop Manager, you will oversee all workshop operations, with a key focus on manual machining and orbital welding techniques. Your responsibilities will include planning and supervising the production workflow, maintaining high health and safety standards, and mentoring workshop staff. You will play a vital role in developing new manufacturing processes and ensuring the production of high-quality components.

A full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working hours between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
